Passionflower: this is the best herb to help with a running mind / cyclical thinking where the mind feels like it just won’t slow down enough to sleep. used in many cases of insomnia. calm the nervous system and reduce stress throughout the body.

Peppermint: a small amount to uplift the blend: it is great for the digestive system as whole, as it increases the flow of digestive juices and bile and relaxes the gut muscles, can help relieve headaches / migraines.

Lemongrass: another great herb to treat those heat conditions : can help with coughs, fever, and other cold and flu symptoms, can also help boost iron levels and support the production of red blood cells, another great herb for digestive health.
